Our Route and Destination

Guided Pulse Solutions focuses on organic personal and professional growth. We believe that change should happen naturally and with the least resistance. Diversity, equity and inclusion work is not simple or small—which means to be effective, we have to take a focused approach. We can't solve everything at once, but by looking at the big picture we can narrow down 2-3 tangible things to work on and gauge our growth from there. What works for one organization, may not work for the next. That's why we believe in creating curated solutions that are specific for your organization. We want to identify your organization's strengths and use them to address the challenges at hand.

Our DEI focus aims to create a culture of belonging, and inclusion is the end goal. In order to do this, we have to understand the various dimensions of diversity. Acknowledging that everyone has their own unique identity is key when it comes to people showing up authentically as themself. We look forward to building and creating learning opportunities for those who are interested in furthering their knowledge around DEI.
